JESSICA ILTON, M.A., PH.D. CANDIDATE

Jessica received her M.A. in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa and is currently completing her Ph.D. in Clinical and Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto. Her clinical training includes placements at Sunnybrook Hospital’s Intensive OCD Treatment Service and St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton’s Women’s Health Concerns Clinic and Firestone Sleep Medicine Clinic where she conducted assessments and provided evidence-based treatment services. She has also worked in private practice settings providing treatment to adolescents, adults, and couples. Jessica has experience supporting clients with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions.

Jessica approaches therapy with warmth, empathy, and curiosity. She takes an integrative, evidence-based approach that is tailored to each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. She believes therapy is a collaborative process built on safety, trust, and genuine connection. Jessica strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel understood to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
