About Damien
I’m Damien Teague, a Toronto-based practitioner with training in natural health and human behaviour.
Over the years, I’ve been drawn to what sits beneath our habits — the ways our minds build stories, protect us, and sometimes limit us.
This work grew out of my own search for understanding. I’ve studied both the science of the body and the subtleties of awareness, and I’ve seen how genuine change happens not by adding more strategies — but by seeing more clearly.
My role is to meet you in that space of inquiry: open, grounded, and without judgment.
