I’m Damien Teague, a Toronto-based practitioner with training in natural health and human behaviour.
I first discovered breathwork in the late 1990s during yoga, where simple breathing practices helped ease anxiety and improve focus. In 1999, I began formal study that deepened my understanding of how breath shapes emotion, energy, and awareness.
Today, my approach integrates modern breath science with years of practical experience helping people reconnect with calm and clarity.
