Bethany completed her MA and is currently completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Toronto Metropolitan University. Bethany has received clinical training at numerous hospitals and private practices throughout Toronto, providing care for adults experiencing difficulty with mood, anxiety, trauma, obsessive-compulsive, eating, and body-image related difficulties.
Bethany is passionate about establishing a warm and non-judgmental care environment. Her training has focused on providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for a variety of disorders, and Bethany typically integrates self-compassion, mindfulness, and acceptance-based principles into her therapeutic approach. She is currently completing training in emotion-focused approaches to therapy.
