About Damien

I’m Damien Teague, a Toronto-based practitioner with training in natural health and human behaviour.
I first discovered the power of breath in the late 1990s during yoga, when simple breathing techniques began to ease anxiety and bring a sense of calm I hadn’t known before.
That experience led to decades of curiosity about the link between breath, emotion, and performance — and how awareness of our physiology can transform the way we meet life’s demands.

Today, I share this work in a grounded, accessible way — blending science with practical experience.
