Mane received her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University and is currently completing her Ph.D. Her clinical training includes placements at The Willow Centre, St. Michael’s Hospital, The Downtown Psychology Clinic, the Centre for Interpersonal Relationships, Baycrest Hospital, and Community Head Injury Resource Services, where she has provided individual psychotherapy and conducted psychodiagnostic and neuropsychological assessments with adults. Mane has experience working with a range of concerns, including anxiety, mood, trauma, identity, relationships, and neurodivergence.

Mane strives to create a welcoming and supportive space where clients can deepen their self-awareness, better understand the patterns shaping their lives, and explore their experiences with openness and curiosity. Her approach emphasizes meaningful growth, greater connection with oneself and others, and finding ways of moving through life that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
