KRISHNA VORA, RP

Krishna Vora is a Registered Psychotherapist based in Whitby, Ontario. Born and educated in Mumbai, she immigrated to Canada in 2016, bringing with her experience as a Counselling Psychologist (in India) and Special Educator. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, Krishna identifies as South Asian, a cisgender heterosexual immigrant, and is herself neurodivergent.

She works primarily with ADHDers and individuals with learning disabilities, particularly among immigrant, first- and second-generation, and BIPOC communities. She also supports adults navigating intergenerational/cultural trauma, familial gap bridging, and the challenges of systemic marginalization. Her approach is neurodiversity affirming, anti-oppressive, decolonial, and rooted in helping clients build self-awareness, gain confidence in self-advocacy, and strengthen their interpersonal and work relationships.
