EDEN LERMAN, B.A., M.A. (CANDIDATE)

Eden is currently completing her Master of Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School and has submitted her registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

Eden specializes in working with children and adolescents, supporting young people through challenges related to anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation, self-esteem, family conflict, school stress, and the effects of trauma or major life changes. She brings a thoughtful, grounded, and collaborative presence to her work, with a strong focus on helping young clients feel secure, respected, and empowered.

Her approach is flexible and developmentally sensitive — incorporating conversation, creativity, and age-appropriate activities to help children and teens express themselves in ways that feel natural and engaging. Eden takes the time to build meaningful rapport, allowing clients to explore their inner world at their own pace. She also works closely with caregivers to ensure therapy feels connected, supportive, and relevant beyond the therapy room.

Above all, Eden is passionate about helping young people strengthen their resilience, deepen their self-understanding, and develop the emotional tools they need to navigate life with greater confidence and connection.
