Psychoeducational Assessments

Our skilled team includes psychologists, psychological associates, and psychometrists to provide comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and support services. We provide professional opinions and recommendations for placement and accommodation in academic and work-based settings. When appropriate, we will provide support and information, as well as engage in advocacy within a client’s educational/occupational community.

Our psychoeducational assessments include (but are not limited to):

Giftedness Assessments

Our dedicated team includes psychologists, psychological associates, and psychometrists to provide comprehensive giftedness assessments and psychoeducation/support services. We provide professional opinions and recommendations for placement and accommodation in academic and work-based settings. When appropriate, we will provide support and information, as well as engage in advocacy within a client’s educational/occupational community.

Our giftedness assessments include (but are not limited to):

·       Cognitive capabilities and/or concerns

·       Diagnosis of concurrent Learning Disabilities

·       Diagnosis of concurrent mental health and/or personality disorders

·       Links between giftedness, social functioning, and mental health

Clinical Diagnostic Assessments

Our diagnostic team includes psychologists and psychological associates who provide comprehensive clinical and diagnostic assessment and treatment services. We use diagnostic interviewing, psychometric measures, and information from sources within a client’s world (e.g., families, therapists, physicians, etc.) to help understand our client’s needs, identify key concerns/diagnoses, and provide treatment recommendations/plans.  When appropriate, we will provide support and information, as well as engage in advocacy within a client’s home, educational, and occupational communities.

Forensic Assessments

Our dedicated team includes both a forensic psychologist and a social worker to provide quality forensic assessment and treatment services. We provide professional opinions on the mental state and functionality of justice-involved adults including criminal defendants or parties involved in civil disputes. When appropriate, we take the stand as expert witnesses.

We conduct a range of assessments, including (but not limited to):

Disability, WISB and MVA Assessments

Our committed team includes psychologists and psychological associates who provide comprehensive assessment and treatment services within a workplace-related psychological trauma or injury civil-legal context. We use diagnostic interviewing, psychometric measures, and information from sources within a client’s world (e.g., families, therapists, physicians, etc.) to help understand our client’s needs, identify key concerns/diagnoses, and provide treatment recommendations/return to work plans.  When appropriate, we will liaise with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), provide support and information, as well as engage in advocacy within a client’s home, educational, and occupational communities.
