Our social work team of masters degree level clinicians promotes mental health and well being by delivering counselling, (linkage to) community services, and social support programs. Our social workers help people recognize and access their own strengths so they can effectively and confidently manage daily stresses. Our social work team provides supportive counselling for stress, life transitions, separation/divorce, and family functioning, as well as connecting and navigating access to important community resources.
