Studies have shown that the way we eat greatly impacts our mental health.  Additionally, many clients with mental health concerns have concurrent physical problems, such as irritable bowel syndrome, pain and chronic fatigue syndrome. Our dieticians offer expert advise on clinical conditions such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating, celiac disease, diabetes, heart disease, allergies, bowel issues and more.

·      Provide ongoing follow-up and support to help empower individuals and achieve successful healthy eating
